Our Products and Pricing
We sell eyewear retainers, straps, cords and related accessories through this Website. All prices displayed are in Euros (€) and include any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. The price you are charged will be the price displayed at the time you place your order.
Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example in cases of pricing errors, stock availability issues, or suspected fraud.
Payment is processed securely through third party payment processors including PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Multibanco and other regional payment methods as displayed at checkout. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that the details you supply are accurate and complete.
Shipping
We ship across Europe. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
We aim to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery timescales are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.
Your Right to Cancel (EU Consumers)
As a consumer based in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. This is your legal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
To exercise your right to cancel, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@cablz-europe.com. You must then return the goods to us within a further 14 days.
Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.
We will issue a full refund of the product price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used to pay.
Returns and Refunds
Outside of the 14-day cancellation right above, we will offer a refund or replacement where:
- The goods are faulty or damaged on arrival
- The wrong product was sent
- The goods do not match the description on the Website
Please contact us at info@cablz-europe.com within a reasonable time of discovering any issue. We may ask for photographs of any fault before authorising a return.
Where a return is approved due to our error or a product fault, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Your Legal Rights
Under EU consumer law, you have a 2-year legal guarantee on all physical goods. This means that if a product is found to be faulty or not as described within 2 years of purchase, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
These are your statutory rights and nothing in these Terms affects them. Your legal rights do not cover damage caused by misuse, accident or normal wear and tear.

If you create an account on our Website, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
